Car and replace it with a non-TCS and newer, more reliable model. In addition to the entire throttle system, you'll need to replace parts of the braking system, the ECU, most of the wiring harness of the car, and some various things. I'm sure with enough money it's possible, but the reliability of the car will never be the same. Its just not worth it, financially speaking.
