I have not had a wrecked parts car, so I have always been able to drag (i.e. pull with tow-strap) the parts car to the junkyard after stripping it. Remove the gas tank at home before towing the car. Take the wheels and tires off at the scrapyard and bring them home. (Once you're at the scrapyard, they will just move the car around with a loader.)
If you have access to a tow dolly or trailer, that's better... safer, plus you can grab more parts (brakes, axles, etc.).
Otherwise, check local classified ads... around here, there are always people offering to remove junk cars. Call one of them and see if he/she can remove a stripped car. Typically, they don't charge for the service... they just keep the money from the scrapyard.
