Brake Q/Best way to get rid of 88 9000T?

I've posted in the past about my 1988 9000T. The time has come to replace the thing (probably with a new 9-3), and I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to say goodbye to the '88 with 125,000 miles.
The Good:
-New exhaust system installed in summer 2003
-New fuel pump installed fall 2004
-Well maintained-has every service receipt from Day One; garaged most of its life
-New battery installed fall 2004
The Bad:
-The brakes. They were needing replacement to begin with. Now the brake fluid light is on, even though the reservoir is full. When you put down the brake pedal you have to force it to go all the way down. The car is not safe to be driven until this problem is resolved
The Ugly:
Scratches on hood
Rear fender needs body work; general corrosion
Torn front seat bottom (but leather in decent condition otherwise)
First off, do I bother with fixing the brake problem. I suspect a clogged fuel line but fear worse.
Secondly, what will anyone pay for the car in it's current state, and what would they pay for it with the brake problem resolved (with or without all new brakes installed).
I don't see myself recouping the money I'd put into the brakes. Too bad I didn't donate it before the tax change, but c'est la vie. Should I just donate it anyway to save myself the hassle? Oh, and the registration is due for renewal this month and inspection next month. So whoever takes the car will have to get the brakes fixed soon.
