most of it isn't too bad, and if your indy is reconditioning a car he may hit much of it anyway. And at 90K miles some of it may have been done, like the heater core and blower motor and the DI. Motor mounts, too.
I have a '96 CSE 5-spd that I bought at 90K and it has been excellent. I live in NH and winter is a non-issue. Just run 4 good snow tires and you will be able to get through pretty much anything.
I went from an 84 C 900 that I'd had since new the 9000 and never looked back. Assuming you get a good 9K, you'll be thrilled with the fast, comfy, safe, reliable and versatile car these are. I'm about to get a second one for my daughter to use.
