From memory, the square one. The rectangular one is typically called the Lamp Control module, and isn't usually the issue.
And as TML says, the best approach is to pop the cover off and re-flow the solder on the big solder pads. Viewed under magnification, you'll see that the big fat center post of the relay has actually broken away from the solder surrounding it. Re-flow the big pads - the smaller ones typically haven't failed, and connect to components more sensitive to heat.
I haven't had a problem with the solder connections on the Lamp Control module, because that module doesn't have the heavy relay that the headlight relay has. It's the vibration moving the relay around that cracks the solder joint. The Lamp Control simply has some wires. It can be tricky, because you can give the Lamp Control relay a knock and the headlights will work - this is because the vibration makes it to the Headlight relay.
I just went through this on my '97 about 3 months back. Took some nice pictures of the failed solder joints.
