We need this vehicle to pass smog. This vehicle fails as a Gross Polluter. We tested fuel control at idle and vehicle is in fuel control. Tested the oxygen sensor and working properly at .941maxv, .112 minv, 120 ms response. Vehicle looses fuel control when driving on the dyno and looses fuel control when under load. The O2 voltage goes to 200 mv and stays there. We checked fuel pressure at idle and is ok at 34 with vaccum and 44 without vacuum. Checked fuel pressure on dyno at 15mph and fuel pressure seems fine at 40. Tested throttle switch and tests ok. Tested MAF adjustment and off at 980 ohms, spec is 380 ohms. Adjusted MAF to spec now we have no fuel control at all. O2 shows lean at 200mv. If MAf is adjusted to original setting of 980 ohms, we have fuel control at idle but now it is intermittent. We will have good o2 swing one moment and then it goes away. There is no fuel control when driving on the dyno. Pulled ECM and inspect connections. No problems noted. Pulled MAF and cleaned. No chnage. We can't find any electrical diagrams and very little on specifications. Any ideas? Any Info? Thanks.
