I happen to have the schematics for both the '92 and 96-97.
As far as the seat heaters are concerned, the schematics are exactly the same. The wiring in H8-3 and H8-2 are exactly the same - Pin 2 is the switched 12 volts from the dash controller (pin 10 on controller), Pin 1 on the H is the sensor, tied to pin 6 on the controller, and pin 5 of H is ground.
With the seat belt warning, again, everything is almost exactly the same.
The only difference I can find is that in '92, pin 8 on the H connector provides power for the light in the seatbelt latch. I don't see that used on the '96. Instead, in '96, H8-3 pin 8 is used for the door switch input in the memory seats. The '92 Memory seat used H8-3 pins 6 & 3 the same way as the '96. There is no door switch in the '92. The door switch allows the seat to move with the door open if the ignition is off.
The only difference I can come up with is the door switch input.
