Sounds slightly rich. Maybe a leaky fuel pressure regulator. Make sure the vacuum hose from the throttle body to the FPR is in good shape. May be an AMM issue. If you stick a voltmeter on the O2 sensor output (while still connected!) see where the voltage is. Or where it's moving around. Ideally, it should swing between 0.2 and 0.9, spending about 50% of the time above 0.5, 50% below. If it's spending more time above 0.5 (closer to 0.9), then it's running rich.
