in terms of what is wrong vs. proposed repairs. Not sure about the price, but it doesn't seem out of hand.
The squeal that gets quiet when it warms up = crankshaft pulley.
Coolant loss from water pump makes sense, since a slow leak would probably only leak when running/under vibration. Do you see wet spots in the engine bay anywhere? Coolant hoses can also leak, but only under pressure, so that parked, there's no leaking.
Also makes sense to replace tensioner, idler pulley, and belt all at the same time.
Sounds like you have a decent mechanic.
