Hi Brooks,
A few brave souls have tried this procedure; for me I think it's more work and expense than I'd be prepared for but judging by the work you've put into getting the FPT setup, the idea of NOT going through with the project seems out of kilter.
I can tell you that in general, you'll need (as memory serves):
* Axles for the manual transmission
* Intermediate shaft carrier bracket for manual transmission
* Manual transmission from year 94 or later; previous bell housings have a different bolt pattern so the 92 won't work
* Pedal cluster
* Pedal switches
* EDU display (I think) for manual -- gets rid of the PRNDL display for autos
* Shifter and rod, necessary trim pieces
* A plan for blocking off the auto trans cooler lines, or a plug for where they enter and exit the radiator
* Possibly an ISAT or Tech II to tell your ECU you're driving a manual car now (not sure about that one)
* Time
* Patience
* Money
* Money
A big job!
