I really think it has something to do with the Solar Flares on the surface of the SUN when the DI - Quites -Not,just joking around...


When they go up in smoke it's the power transformer that quites,it really stinks too...I have lost them up in a cloud of white smoke and others just die quitely during a start,or shall we say NO Start.Have not found the cause,maybe just to may trips around the sun,and they die-Who Knows....

But it seams like they quit,and get a new one in and then i replace the battery in the car later, because it weak.So is it the low voltage during starting,with the higher currents that go with low voltage might stress them to failure. I tend to think it is...

Eeurope Parts price is hard to beet,i had a dealer match the price when pushed on it.I prefer new but,being the jerk i am i run a used one on the motor with a new one in the trunk.That way the used one got me this far, a new one should get me home no matter how far it is.... Twisted logic in my mind,but then again - What about those Solar Flares??????
