My understanding is that the Aero brakes and CS/CSE/CD/CDE brakes are all the same. I canunderstand a desire for better brake feel and response, but, for nearly all driving situations, the stock brakes seem to be just fine.
I have a '93 Aero 5spd and I'd consider stainless lines and a drilled and/or slotted rotor if I decide to really put the car through it's paces. Unless you're on the track, or asking for your license to be suspended, you can rarely heat up the rotors enough to justify drilled ones. (They do look really cool though. I particularly like the upgrade kits which make the brakes look as cool as Porsche's)
Happy Trails.
