on the tensioner pulley are reverse, ie, LEFTY=TIGHTY RIGHTY=LOOSEY. This has to be, otherwise putting a breaker bar for extra leverage on it to release tensioner in order to install belt would LOOSEN bolt holding that pulley in, NOT what you want. Just remember to turn that one to the right, and you will be on your way. As Ari says, jack up the car and remove the liner-its worth it. I know, I just did it a couple weeks back and glad i removed it. Also,if you buy your parts from Europarts like I did, just print out the diagram of the front of the engine with all the pulleys and the belt routing. Makes installing the belt easier then talking a walk down the Yellow Brick Road-it is all just so easy....
