I have the same problem on my 93 9000. First thought is O2 sensor when all plugs are carbon fouled. On my 9000 there was a crack in the header pipe just before the O2 sensor. I welded that up and still getting lousy gas mileage. Still waiting for a new O2 sensor. Look up old posts on how to check and see if O2 sensor is bad. Next step would be checking FPR (fuel pressure regulator). You can also look up old posts and find out where it is and how to check to see if it still holds the ocrrect pressure. Try cleaning the throttle body w/ carb cleaner (make sure u get under the butterfly, slot of gunk builds up there) to see if that helps the idle. Hope this is some help, just dont be afraid of doing a good search through old posts.
