that the new (CS) body style came to the states as a '93 model year. It may have come in november/december, but they were considered '93. The CD didn't get the new look until even later ('94?).
My parent's '92 was not a CS style...
'91 got new bumpers and headlights, and that look stayed through '92. Then, the '93's got the new sheet metal. These changes probably did occur earlier in the europe market.
As for the original Aeros being '91/'92 turbos, I guess you'de have to define what makes an Aero an Aero. Is it the turbo, the wheels, the seats, the suspension, the bumper/door sill extensions?
I like the '91/'92 trubos a lot, but I'd argue that, at least here in the states, the Aeros didn't come 'til '93, but that's my take...and I know that the '91/'92 turbos are screaming fast due to the drive ratios!!! Oh, and if you compare auto trannys to manual trannies, the comparison changes alltogether...crazy Swedes!!! ha ha.
