the ETS ECU. I do remember the IAC in my '88T (rip). Late non TCS car still have it I think.
If your car is air leak free, a calibration of the TCS (at the dealer :() would improve your idle. Also make sure your PCV valve (from head to intake) is good. if all is good it should idle around 900-950 RPM. Idle hunting is often due to an air leak (around air intake).
