fpr or pump? Running Rich!! Long

Ive had this problem that iam trying to correct with the engine running real rich. Ive checked on the townsend site and posts here for what a mechanic told me could be low fuel pressure. I did find a answer that could be either one. But i have no way to test the pressure without a gauge that i dont have, and the car is not drivable in this condition. So without buying alot of parts iam at square one. The car starts and revs fine until about 3-5 minutes after start up. Then it stumbles bad. The plugs are all black in 3 minutes. (i put new NGK BCP6ES) and that helped the throttle response, it is more active now than when i had bosch super plugs in it. The AMM is brand new 005 and i have set it at 380 to start with. The O2 sensor i have taken out and cleaned with a brush to get the soot off of it to see if it would help, it didnt. I have checked the voltage at the o2 single wire connector and it reads .5 at start up and slowly rises to .9 the longer the engine runs. It will drop to .4 if i open the throttle by hand for a sec. then back to .8 or .9 I was told that the injectors are clogged that is the cause of this and the o2 is ok. Ive added a high dose of chevron to my fuel (half a tank of 87 octane) and have been running it down to almost reserve now.
I would rather not have to buy a fpr and a pump. Please help!!!
