Just wanted to follow up with my post from yesterday.
I replaced the fuel pump relay with the A/C relay, car still doesn't start. Since I had a copy of the Electrial wiring diagrams for my 93 9000cs in PDF format, I was able to track down to see what the relay was doing, which is just passing through 12V's when the ignition switch is in the on position, ie. creating a 12V switched power for the fuel pump.
So, I figured I would at least make sure that the voltage was getting to the fuel pump. I found the connector, and measured the voltage at the connector. Its a 4 pin connector, but the wiring diagram only shows +12 and GND, so two of the pins should be nothing. I measure each pin, and I did see 12V's on one of them. So, with my ear right at the pump, I had my GF turn the key over, and the fuel pump doesn't make a single noise with power applied to it. So, it looks like I definetly have a dead fuel pump.
Does this all seem rational, it couldn't be anything else OTHER than a fuel pump, correct?
Thanks for everyones help.
