The forms of alcohol used in windshield washer fluid have very low boiling points -- basically the same as the stuff I remember my father using for anti-freeze when I was a little kid during the middle 1940s, which would boil at about 160 degrees F. We always had to take out the thermostats from the cars and tractors during the winter to avoid a chance of boilover, and this seriously compromised the effectiveness of the cars' heaters -- not a good thing in winter in Minnesota -- we were certainly happy when ethylene glycol became available.
If you have a blend of 10% of the stuff with 90% regular 50/50 water and ethylene glycol, you probably haven't lowered the boiling point to the level of your thermostat's calibration yet, but I'd recommend changing the whole sheebang before summer sets in.
