Stuttering idle after deceleration - AIC or DI?

My '95 Aero has developed a habit recently of stuttering and rumbling around 700 rpm for two or three seconds after the engine comes down to idle speed (when coming to a stop light, for example.) Doesn't do it all the time. I did have the AIC out recently (two months ago) when I did the heater blower motor and heater core. Gave the AIC the carb cleaner treatment, and also put a light silicone spray into the chamber when I was done (thinking that it might be good for the rubber seals.) Could I have gunked up the AIC? Any thoughts?
