'93 Aero overboosting problems

Sorry to cross post, but the Performance board where I normally hang out is mostly 900 guys, so I should have checked here 1st in the first place.
After 3 900T's we broke down and bought a 93 Aero (Still drive SPG's though) so I've joined the like of you dudes. Here's the deal:
Car boosts clear to cutoff, just past the yellow'border, maybe 1/4 into the red, and car studders as though ignition totally cuts for a second, is this overboost cut? Ive read that overboost on Trionic cars is higher! With wastegate actuator completely disconnected from BPC and all 3 hoses plugged car boost the same, into the red, I am assumiung that the system is the same as APC 900T's and this should result in base boost? I am resetting that to be in the middle of the yellow, so this may solve my problewm.
Also, BPC valve does not buzzz at idle, but voltage reads proper at all 3 wires, I am assuming valve is bad.
Also have idle problem, idle drops sharply but slightly about 100rpm, every 5-7 seconds, am cleaning idle controil valve under throttle body as suggested here, but what else could be causing this?
Thanks, and glad to have the Aero!
Drew
