This is a great site. I just moved on from my '86 BMW 635 and I got a lot of useful info from the bimmer message board, I was afraid there wouldn't be a good board for my Saab. I was wrong

I just bought a '93 9000cse 5-speed yesterday. I checked with owner about maintenance history and called his indy. (He is mentioned here as being very good) who just did the 125,000 major tune up 2 months ago, everything looked good. The owner was on top of maintenance any time there was a problem he brought it in.

Was told that bleeder valve for TCS was changed on Feb 4th, 2005 b/c owner started car and TCS light and check engine were on and the car was in limp home mode. He left the car and came back to it later it started fine. The Owner then brought it to indy. and he pulled the code, I think E7509 that typically is there to replace the bleeder valve. All was well after that until yesterday, 25 hours after I bought the car.

I drove the car for about a total of 10min, stopped at the store and got back in to go home and the car started in limp home mode and the tcs light was on. I stopped and started the car several times and it did nothing. This morning I started it up and it was still experiencing the same problems as before. I had to drive it in LHM to the dealer to get some recall stuff taken care of. He pulled the code and it was E7590 which he said was the code to replace the bleeder valve. Could the new bleeder valve be defective? Could the mechanic not have reprogrammed the system after switching valves? Do I have a much bigger problem that I am just scratching the surface of?

Sorry for the long story. I did do a search on the TCS and found loads of info but nothing addressing my exact problem.
