NOx is usually a sign of high combustion temps, quite often due to lean running. How do the spark plugs look? If they look lean, you probably are. I'd start checking for vacuum leaks. My favorite is the charcoal canister, especially on Turbos. You can't see it, and turbo pressure likes to blow the hoses off. Remove the right front turn signal assembly and look into the fender. Make sure the hoses are still attached to the canister. Check all vacuum hoses for leaks.
Your AMM may just need adjustment. There have been various posts on Adjusting the AMM. All it takes is a voltmeter and a screwdriver. The voltmeter will also tell you if you're running lean. You monitor the O2 sensor voltage, and adjust the AMM to get it to swing back and forth. My guess is that the O2 sensor signal is probably stuck right near 0.2 volts (lean).
