I had a similar problem, my blower was fine but the air was cold/luke warm. Things to check for would be run the ACC for defaults(previous post), Try flushing the coolant system with coolant system cleaner, gets all the crud out that could be blocking something, from a hardware store(this fixed my heat problem), and check the control arm for the ACC and see if it is broken (search through old posts if you don't know where it is, but it's in the aquarium on passenger side). Do you smell any coolant when the ACC is on? If you do then it could be your heater core had just died, which is expensive. Another thing that could have happened is the metal cable connected to the plastic control arm could have just slipped off. When you locate the control arm (old posts even has pictures) and you see it is broken, manually move it all the way toward the back of the car, equivilent to HI on the ACC and see if you get heat. Hope this helps.
