It depends on what kind of condition the car is in. That is ALL THAT MATTERS. How well has it been cared for? How has it been driven? What is the condition of the paint, interior, etc? My current Saab I bought for $1500 with 352,000 miles. It too is a non-turbo, a '94 CSE. Granted I just finished college, and I definitely would have bought a car with fewer miles if I had more money. However, I have to say that this car is in excellent condition and drives great. I'm not sure though if I can plan on depending on it to get to work every day. I will probably get a car with lower miles once I get myself established.
As for the car you're looking at, remember that high mileage Saabs are pretty common and you shouldn't plan on having to spend much. I'd say $1200 tops. Also, non-turbos are really sloooooow. Just keep that in mind!
