TWO hours as a weekend mechanics. Could be less. Don't think a professional has any advantage on this task. The passenger side wheel arch doesn't need to come off. The non-turbo car doesn't have an oil cooler attached to the radiator. This makes the job easier.
Breaker bar to loosen the belt,
remove the coolant reservoir spill hose,
remove three bolt on the AC compressor to sling it to the side,
remove two coolant hoses on the water pump to drain coolant,
loosen top coolant hose from the radiator to the engine, Loosen only the radiator side,
disconnect electric wire on the cooling fan, remove three screws to remove the radiator and the fan as a unit,
unbolt three torx screw to remove the water pump.
I think two hour is sufficient.
