We had a '95 CSE (RIP), and the suspension was fairly soft, much softer than my '91 9kt. SAS sway bars are a major pain to put in, but I sure like them on my '91. I also put in Koni rear shocks at the time. Poly lower control arm bushings up front were also a nice investment. You would probably want stiffer springs. Aero spec springs are a good idea if you don't want to lower ride height. If I had a '95 again, I would probably try these things in this order, stopping at any point if I was satisfied.
1. replaced worn out ball joints
2. poly roll bar bushings from SAS (cheap and easy to install)
3. Koni rear shocks
4. Aero springs
5. Koni front struts (inserts, that is)
6. Superflex poly steering rack bushings
7. SAS 25 mm sway bars, front and back
Yup, SAS sway bars get last place. I love 'em, but I spent 11 hours just installing the rear bar, with all the issues I ran into. I'll bet you'll be happy at #4.
