There are two parts. The outer plastic piece (with the bullseye) comes off from the front. The tabs are on the sides, pry it out with a thin screwdriver or a knife. To remove the back part, I take out the ACC. Use a thin putty knife on the side seams to pry it out. It pops out easily and you don't have to disconnect it, just let it hang. You can now reach in behind the sensor a pull it out of the dash. The tabs are on the top an bottom. When you unplug the sensor, try not to let the plug fall down in the back.
