The CEL indicates that the engine control thinks something is amiss. That can be that it thinks a sensor has failed, or is unable to adjust the mixture the way it wants. The ECU can compensate, up to a point, for failed components. But if the CEL is on, it is trying to tell you something. The ideal would be to clear the faults and then see what pops up.
A failed temp sensor, and yes, the AMM and FPR cal all lead to issues. 22-23 isn't so bad that you'll see an over-rich mixture on the plugs; but you still may be running just a bit rich.
I can' agree with Daren on cleaning the AMM element - the burn-off function does a better job than any chemical attack, and I would be concerned about using any solvent on the AMM. They already have corrosion problems, and chemicals that can attack grease and rubber aren't a good idea.
It wouldn't hurt to check the AMM burn-off function.
