I was driving along and pulled in to the parking lot, i had to turn around when i tried to put it into R i couldnt find it, then i just put it in 1st but the shifter felt disonected, i was stuck in 3rd???? So i walked out and thought i broke the rubber shifter rod bushing under the hood, it looked fine, i grabed the rod and it moved freely in and out of the tranny, i noticed a hole at the end of it where it goes into the case, looks like a pin should go through there and it fell out/broke. does anyone know how hard that is to replace? do i have to drop the trans out? please dont tell me i do, i'm going to hate this car now. :(
