Your car has, I expect, a two-speed fan.
On the back of the fan shroud there will be a gold-colored piece of aluminum with fins on it.
The most obvious possibilities:
a) The thermoswitch that screws into the radiator. They have a finite lifespan. They have a low-temp and high-temp contact in them.
b) The low and high-speed fan relays in the underhood relay box.
c) The resistor on the fan shroud which, if it fails, causes the fan not to run on low speed. In theory, the fan should still run on high speed once the temperature gets high enough to close the high-temperature contacts in the thermoswitch. In practice, sometimes the current surge from attempting to start the fan on high speed blows the fuse, and you get no fan at all.
Given that you seem to have no fan at all and claim you have no blown fuses, I'd guess you have a thermoswitch problem, though before I'd change the switch I'd pull the connector and jumper the pins to see if I can make the fans run.
Troubleshooting problems like this is much easier with a wiring diagram.
