I drove home from work, parked it. Now it won't start. I have already replaced the fuel pump. I tested the fuel pump using the 22-14 fuse test, and I can hear it running and car still does not start, so I don't think it's the fuel pump.
I have yet to check for spark, but I am assuming that there is none which leaves me with
DI Cassette
Crank position sensor
My question is what does it indicate when it just dies randomly like that, I didn't notice any running problems before this, except that it never started right away due to a leaky return check valve.
Other question is, does the tach do anything when you start these cars? Mine does not move on cranking.
it's raining cats and dogs and it's nighttime, so I can't do a spark plug test with the DI cassette right now, but I will do that tomorrow moring before gettting on the bus to go to work :(.
Thanks for suggestions and help in advance.
