I got the whole horizontal mount from eEuro. Was going to get the entire vertical bracket and mount, too, but is seriously back ordered. I called/emailed around and no one seems to have one (but I didn't call a dealer).
And yes, the tool is on BO, too.

I talked with Dean at eEuro and he said there are two versions of the rubber insert. One has a steel jacket and the other is aluminum. The aluminum is actually the OEM version; some aftermarket versions were steel jacketed.

Dean recommended the procedure often noted here:
remove vertical bracket
place in vise
carefully saw the jacket and remove the old bushing
clean up mount as needed
freeze new bushing
heat bracket with heat gun or blow torch
use vice to press new bushing in

I'm sure this might be a real PITA, but other than a 2-part mount, it's the only option. The urethane mount on my 5-spd car is fine, but in the auto trans car I want to keep vibrations to a minimum.

Ari and others also recommend smoothing inside of bracket and using a lubricant to ease the pressing in process. I will do this, too.

FWIW, I couldn't find a machine shop who would press the insert into the mount--they noted having actually broken brackets, so they no longer will do the job. I don't have many machine shop choices where I live, so others may have better luck.
