Full load problems are often spark plug/DI cassette related. Another thing to check is the specifications on the temperature sensor in the air intake pipe. Someone in the past traced down hesitation problems in the mid-RPM range to a bad air temperature sensor. Since this sensor is used to figure out air mass, along with the MAP sensor, it is a suspect for mixture problems.
Also, to answer your other question, if the DI Cassette from your 92 car had been ever replaced in its life, then you can use it. The original DI Cassette had an umbilical cord attached that went to a terminal block by the battery. Replacements had a cord that stayed with the car and a socket on the edge of the Cassette.
