I would not use anything like brake or carb cleaner on the coolant bottle (or any other plastic.) I don't know what material the bottle is, but many chemicals can attack and/or craze plastics.
The last thing I would want is a pressurized stress-cracked bottle with boiling liquid in it.
Detergent and water with some misc hardware or small stones would probably work well.
If it's that important, I would get a new bottle.
