Drive the car until hot. Drain the oil by removing the 3 screws holding filter lid in place. Clean out magnet and and install filter and lid. Pour 4 quarts into tranny. Drive the car again until hot. Drain the fluid. Change the filter and clean out magnet. Add about 3 quarts of fluid and you are pretty much done. Check the level and add more if needed.

If the fluid is really black when you start, do one more drain and fill of 4 quarts so the total amount of new fluid used comes to 11q.

You would have to take the transmission apart and clean out the hoses and trans cooler if you want 100% of the fluid to be changed in one sweep.
