93 CSE new blower motor, now no cold air, fan control..

Last fall my blower fan went to high and could not be shut off, shortly after it stopped functioning.

The AC blew ice cold at that time.

Today I replaced the blower motor. !#$%#$% and three cuts

The blower motor works, but here's the issue...

1. There's no obvious difference between ECON air temp and AUTO (AC) air temp, but the compressor does come on. If I move temp up to HI, I get blasting hot air, but down on LO or 62 or whatever, I seem to just get fan cooled outside air temp (70's).

2. Fan control seems to work between low and what I would remember as high medium speed, I'm not getting a super high speed, though maybe my memory is wrong, BUT the light indicator stays lit next to the low button for the fan speed the entire time, despite the fan speed shifting up and down to minimal with the up and down buttons.

Why would fan speed indicator light stay lit next to low button ONLY?

Any thoughts?

Why wouldn't I get AC cooled air even though compressor turns on, did I lose all the refrigerant while the AC wasn't being used?

Why won't the fan speed control indicator lights light up properly next to the buttons?

I did recalibration and it found NO FAULTS
