I'd found a '97 CSE with 44K on it in the local pick-n-pull, one front corner had hit something hard enough to bend the outer end of the control arm, but I took everything else off the car - front and rear - that was in decent condition.

I ended up with both front struts and upper strut mounts, all the front control arm bushings, both rear shocks, both rear leading arms, both rear trailing-arm front bushing blocks, the panhard rod, the rear sway bar and bushings, the rear shocks, the front right-side halfshaft, control arm, and bearing, and the front sway bar bushings off the '97, and a left front control arm and rear beam axle off another junkyard car (my '92 had been hit many years ago leaving one end of the rear axle with half a degree less camber than the other, so I decided for $40 to go ahead and change this.)

Bought new balljoints and tie-rod ends and one set of CV boots, assembled the control arms, balljoints, and bushings on the bench, pulled all the old stuff off the car (yech), tore down one of my existing halfshafts and replaced the boot and regreased the CVs (and while I was at it, ended up making tools for the snap-rings and the CV crimp-rings, the CV snap-rings want an angle on the end of the snap-ring pliers that nobody makes, so I modified a snap-ring plier accordingly.) Bolted all the 'new' stuff back up.

I also took the front brake calipers off the '97, and while I generally would NEVER recommend using junkyard brake bits without a thorough rebuilding, when I got to the car the system was still sealed and the brake fluid was clean and so I popped in a new set of Textar pads and slid them over a new set of Brembo rotors and they've been working fine for a year now.

I also grabbed the moonroof pan assembly out of the '97 and when I redid the headliner on the '92 I dropped out the old steel sunroof assembly and popped the moonroof pan in. Bolted right up, needed no adjustment, easier than fixing the misaligned, sticky, headliner-less old sunroof would have been.
