Temporary stalling, idle drop

Hello everybody!
I had to disconnect battery couple of times on my 95 Aero.
Every time I did that it would almost stall when I put it in neutral slowing down. Idle would drop to 400-500 rpm. Couple hours later- no problems at all. It looks like Trionic is adjusting to something.
What is it? It holds idle with different loads (AC,headlights, brake light). I remember that if one of the sensors fails, Trionic goes to default. Which one is it?
My plan is to change fuel filter (3 years old), probably fuel pressure regulator (203k on it) and bypass valve(working, but probably tired-car is slugish little bit). Would engine temperature sensor cause stalling?
Air intake sensor?
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
Victor
