The bolts are most likely zinc plated rather than galvanized. If you are talking about the three M8 bolts that hold the ball joint to the control arm, look for grade 8.8 Metric bolts for replacement. The bolt will have "8.8" stamped or molded into the head, and is the minimum strength you should use for any suspension piece. Unmarked bolts are too soft and could fail. A metric grade 8.8 bolt is about equivalent to a Grade 5 SAE bolt. The next step up in strength is 10.4 for a metric bolt, which is equivalent to a Grade 8 SAE bolt. You might be able to find them at Home Depot. If you can't, most autoparts stores stock Metric 8.8 hardware for not that much more.
Also, I seem to recall that the nuts on those bolts have nylon locking collars or a crimped shoulder to keep them from comming undone. Make sure you use an equivalent fastener.
