I have a 1994 CS. I had great difficult with bleeding the clutch in my car and this was due to the internal breakdown of the hose between the brake fluid reservoir and the master cylinder. When this hose breaks down it releases a multitude of small rubber balls that play havoc with the system. Only solution is to replace the hose and thoroughy flush out the system.
Check previous posts on this issue. The deterioration of the hose is accelerated when air is introduced into the hose which would have occured when you were replacing the master cylinder and slave.
The cost of a new hose is about $1
