Normal low cost ompression gauges are VERY un reliable.
Until you have used the same gauge on many cars and gotten a feel for what your gauge are showing. the good thing in your test is that all cylinder are even which is an good sign.
If you have one or two cylinders that are way lower than the others, you can squirt some oil into those cylinders and do a test again. If the compression comes up it is most likely worn rings and cylinders.
