this may help or may not. sounds like a problem i had/
i parked mine on an incline with the nose up and when it rained heavily all the roofliner became damp and more. so now i park it on the other side, nose down, and it becomes 'less' damp. Ive fixed both sunroof drains by cleaning them out and resealing them under the headliner - but no help- the sunroof is still leaking somehow. although leaking a LOT less.
open your sunroof and look at the two holes on either side draining the front end. If its all rusty in the holes its likely they will just be draining straight onto your headliner and then down into the car like mine were. You cant check the back ones.
If the drain holes in the sunroof have rusted away completely you will need to rebuild the drain hole and seal it. its not hard but a little challenging to work out how best to do it.
