How are Sun visors wired?

Hi Saabneters,
My sun visor on my 97 9000 CSE was flopping, so I ordered another one on Ebay. Though I ordered one from supposedly a 97 model, the one that I received apparently was from another model because it uses the older(?) wireless style of vanity light connector. My 97 has a separate wire connector which connects to a connector which comes out of the headliner. The sun visor I received has no wires. I've not seen any of this type in any other Ebay auctions. The 9-3's seem to have this style sun visors.
Is there a way to attach wires to the wireless sun visor to make it work? This visor of course has a central post contact at the visor hinge and two contacts on the hold up clip nearest the rear view mirror. Is there a way to rig the wireless type of sun visor to make it work by attaching it to the wired connector?
What is the electrical path on the wireless sun visor? I would presume the central post is hot. Would the contacts on the hold up clip go to the ground?
Thanks for the help here.
