ABS - you don't depressurize the ABS system to change the brake pads. Once you've remove the calipers and poped the pads out, just press the piston back in with a C-clamp or large channel-locks. Just be careful not to rip up the rubber boots.
I'm pretty sure the caliper bolts come out with an allen wrench. 7mm, I believe. Could be wrong on that.
Belts-
I'm assuming you have the two-belt system, not a single serpentine belt. Never sure where the change over was.
Grab 13mm socket on a rachet and a 17mm open end or box end wrench.
Just under the AC compressor you'll see the A/C idler pulley. It has a 17mm bolt with a 13 on top. Loosen the 13mm about 1/2 to 1 turn. The pulley will probably slip and loosen the belt. If not, throw the 17mm on the big bolt and turn it CCW. The pulley will move up and remove tension from the belt. NOTE WHICH GROOVE THE BELT IS IN!, and then remove it and install the new belt. To tension the belt, put the 17mm on the pulley and turn it CW until you get the tension you want. Holding it there, tighten down the 13mm. Make sure you've got enough throw with the 17 to properly tension it. It takes two hands and can be a little clumsy. I like to move the coolant reservoir - don't drain it, just slip it off the connection (I think it has a bolt in your year) and move it to the side.
