I had the same problem so i took off the dash top and used a soldering iron on the back of the dash top to kind of melt the crack back together, you just have to be carefull you dont go to far into the plastic or you might come through the other side. You can still see the crack once youve reinstalled the dash top, but i did it on mine and the crack has stoped propagating.
