List of possibilities: wheel out of round, bad tire, badly warped brake disc, alignment issue, wheel balance issue, seriously bad wheel bearing, wheel stud loose.
Wheel out of round: you have to check these yourself. I had the dealer give me the green light on this, but the problem persisted after spending money on alignment, wheel balancing. The inner part of the rim was badly dented, and the wheel was out-of-round. Wheel Collision Center for that one.
Wheel stud loose: Actually had this, and car felt wobbly at low speeds.
Warped brake disc: would have to be badly warped to be noticeable without braking.
I bought a dial caliper with magnetic base from Grizzly tools. It's great for checking run out on brake discs and wheel rims. It's always a trick to find a sturdy place to mount the magnetic base, but it's really not that hard. I would recommend you start there, after making sure all wheel studs are tight and visually inspecting the inside and outside of your rims.
