Alright, I stopped at wal-mart, all they had was the Super-77 that someone mentioned to stay away from (it cant deal w/ the heat)
So I stopped at carquest car parts store and picked up: "3M Super Trim Adhesive (yellow)" Number 08090. The back of the can says the following: "A contact adhesive designed for bonding vinyl tops, heavyweight headliners and hood silencer pads where high strength and heat resistance are needed."
Then it gives the following warning: "Not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene or foamed polystyrene" And I am hoping the headliner material I got is neither of those.
This is the link to the place I got the headliner material: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/yourautotrim-store/auothead.html I bought 3yds of "Light quicksilver" and am very happy with the color closeness (see pic below). It cost me $40 and change for 3Yds in length (the shipping was something like 16 dollars.
So I am hoping that this spray adhesive will be alright, I am going to test it on a very small corner of the headliner and fabric first to make sure it doesnt seep or "eat away" at the foam and or the cardboard backing"
Below is the color similarity picture between the headliners...
