...in all likelihood you just got unlucky when using the preowned throttle body. You should get the codes read and written down for you to be sure, since it could be a host of other things.
However, since you've replaced the computer, I'm concerned that the whole works has its brain thoroughly scrambled now. Does the car think it's an automatic when it's really a 5 speed, or vice versa? Did you enter the command codes on an ISAT or Tech II both IMMEDIATELY BEFORE AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER replacing the throttle body? Same applies in the case of the computer?
If you've had the "codes taken out" I presume your tech probably did those steps for you, but it pays to ask.
If all the proper precautions have been taken and you still are having these problems, then perhaps roll the dice on another TB, or accept defeat and move on, given that these cars are cheaper than K-Mart underpants these days.
