Before you change the mount, why don't you try my much simpler and easier method. Buy yourself a tube of silicone rubber (buy black as I use it for other things automotive), and fill the mount. Let it sit overnight, or longer if you can. It will eventually completely set up, and you'll basically have yourself a new mount. Silicone rubber is a very soft rubber and tears easily. The softness is good for the mount application, and tearing is not an issue as the material is under compression or extension. I've used the same method for the upper motor mounts also. It's worked well on my '91 9000 and my '94 Aero.
